  • Can I customize the contents of my gift box?
    Yes! You can customize your gift in one of two options. Build Your Own Box by selecting your gift box and adding items from our marketplace to create a one of a kind gift! If you'd like us to curate a special gift, please complete the custom gift request form. Items are subject to in stock inventory. If you would like to add or swap an item from our curated gift boxes, please email us prior to making your purchase. Payment via EFT is required if you would like to include alcohol in your box.   • How can I make a bulk order?
    If you would like to purchase multiple gift boxes or quantities of the same item, please complete the inquiry form found on the Gift Services page. You can also download our Large Order Form to record multiple shipping addresses for your order. A deposit of 50% will be required for large order fulfillment (quantity of 10+ gifts).
  • Can I include a personal message in my gift box?
    Yes, there is an option to include a notecard in every gift box free of charge. Before you add the item to your cart, enter your notecard message in the text box provided.
  • As a Canadian business/artisan, how can I work with you?
    We are always looking for new local and Canadian vendors. Please connect with us using the form on the Contact Page and we can explore whether we are a good fit for a partnership.
  • Where do you deliver/ship?
    We specialize in gifting within Ontario, but we do offer Canada-wide shipping. Local delivery is available in Toronto and select cities within the GTA. Please visit the Store Policies Page for more details on our shipping rates and delivery zones. NEW - Free pick up is now available in North York, Ontario. By appointment only, see checkout for details.
  • Can I customize my gift box for my company or special occasion?
    Yes! There are a variety of ways we can add a company logo or personalization for a wedding/special occasion. Please complete the short inquiry form found on our Gift Services page or email us at info@ashandoakgifts.com and we can discuss your custom needs.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit card payments using MasterCard and Visa. Cheques and Interac e-transfers can be accepted pending prior approval. Please email Ashley at info@ashandoakgifts.com to make arrangements.
